Shipping & Returns

All online orders are shipped with regular USPS mail service (yes, stuff moves on Island time around here!). Please allow 10-15 days for shipping if the item is in stock, your order might take longer if we're out of stock, in which case we will notify you via e-mail.

Sorry Turtle Members but we cannot apply Turtle Club discounts to online sales, please stop by our retail shop since you're local anyway (for your convenience, we have a full service bar in our retail shop!).

Any unworn and unused merchandise or merchandise that arrived broken or damaged can be exchanged.  Please contact us at 305-852-5956 to process your exchange, we only cover the cost of return shipping if the merchandise was broken or damaged.
