Hurricane Irma: After the Storm
Friends, Fans & Family
Thank you for the heartfelt response. We are absolutely overwhelmed by the support. As we clear the rubble, be sure to stay in touch, we will keep you updated on our progress.
Snappers is more than a bar. It's a place where locals have been eating and drinking with friends for over 30 years. It's a place where over 80 people make a living working hard everyday. We know how important it is for the community. And in the spirit of the Conch Republic, remember:
WE WILL REBUILD
Snappers will be back and better than ever. In the meantime:
Irmageddon Bar, Food Trailer Grill, & Brunch: We're open! But until we're fully rebuilt, our menu is limited to some of our strongest and most popular items. Check it out here. So stop by the Tiki Bar any day after 12 PM to say hello. And for brunch, come by on Sundays between 10 AM and 2 PM.
Tee Shirts: Grab one of our limited edition post-Irma tee shirts: Two Shits & Snappers Strong. For those who already ordered, another huge thank you. As you might imagine, our standard delivery times have been interrupted. But do not fret! Your shirts are on the way… please allow us a few weeks delivery.
Support Services: If you or someone you know would like to offer services to help us rebuild… by all means, let's be in touch! Send us an email at email@example.com or a direct message on our Facebook or Instagram.
We love you and we will see you soon!
KEY LARGO – WE LOVE IT HERE
Snappers was founded in 1989 although the records show food, drinks, and good times have been served up here dating back to the 1960s. The Florida Keys are a very special place and we are proud to be part of the fabric and folklore of the Conch Republic. The Florida Keys have long attracted rebels and renegades from places far and near, we love it that way and think it’s important we Keep it Keysy around here…
WE LIVE HERE, WE GIVE HERE
We love everything that makes the Florida Keys so unique. The marine ecosystem, of course, has a special place in our hearts. This is our home and we’re committed to keeping the Keys beautiful for generations to come – Snappers is happy to donate 10% of net proceeds of all its merchandise sales to the CORAL RESTORATION FOUNDATION, a Key Largo based non-profit conservation organization working to restore our coral reefs as well as other reefs around the world. So head over to the Snappers shop and help restore our precious coral reefs!
